Outstation tariffs are calculated on honest odometer readings starting from garage-to-garage or agreed pickup point with clear minimum daily running norms.
Every commercial vehicle in our fleet holds valid RTO tourist permits, comprehensive passenger insurance, and up-to-date fitness certificates.
In the rare event of mechanical difficulty on the road, our 24/7 Mangalore dispatch center will deploy an immediate equivalent backup cab at no surcharge.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding carriage agreement between the passenger (or booking organization) and Shree Basavanna Tours&Travels (registered in Mangalore, Karnataka).
By reserving a vehicle via phone, WhatsApp, online booking form, or third-party travel partner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, possess legal authority to enter into this contract, and accept all stipulations detailed herein.
Shree Basavanna Tours&Travels provides chauffeur-driven passenger transportation including:
Bookings are officially confirmed upon receipt of trip details (passenger name, contact, pickup location, travel date/time, and vehicle category) and the required advance token deposit for multi-day outstation trips or peak-season holiday slots.
Chauffeur contact numbers and vehicle registration details are dispatched to the customer's phone/WhatsApp at least 2 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time (or the previous evening for early morning departures).
Tariffs are billed according to the agreed rate structure:
Unless explicitly quoted as an all-inclusive fixed package, actual expenses incurred during the trip—such as Fastag highway tolls, airport parking fees, temple trust parking charges, and inter-state border entry permit taxes (for travel to Kerala, Goa, Tamil Nadu, or Maharashtra)—are payable on actual receipts by the customer.
For passenger safety on coastal highways and ghat passes, driver duty hours are typically between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If vehicle travel or reporting continues between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM, a nominal Driver Night Allowance (Batta) of ₹300 to ₹500 (depending on vehicle category) applies per overnight duty.

In the uncommon event of an unexpected mechanical breakdown or tyre puncture en route, our 24/7 Mangalore dispatch center will arrange immediate roadside repair or deploy a replacement vehicle of equivalent or superior category as swiftly as road logistics permit, at no additional charge.
Shree Basavanna Tours&Travels is not liable for journey delays, missed flights, or itinerary disruptions caused by Force Majeure events beyond reasonable human control, including severe monsoon landslides in Western Ghat passes, sudden highway roadblocks, flash flooding, political bandhs, or national security closures.
While all vehicles carry statutory passenger transit insurance, passengers are responsible for securing their personal luggage and valuable belongings.
This carriage agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of our services, the competent courts located in Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka shall have exclusive legal jurisdiction.

Outstation trips have a standard daily running minimum of 250 KM to 300 KM per calendar day. For example, on a 2-day tour, minimum billing is 500 KM. If your total travel is 580 KM, you are billed for 580 KM at the vehicle's standard per-km rate.
Yes, absolutely. Our chauffeurs possess deep local knowledge of Coastal Karnataka shrines (Kateel, Udupi, Murudeshwar, Dharmasthala). You can make darshan or scenic stops along the way, billed transparently on the final odometer reading.
Tolls and parking tickets can be paid directly by the passenger at the toll plazas or reimbursed to the chauffeur against Fastag/physical receipts upon trip conclusion.
